Before I became a practitioner in 2007, I navigated the dark waters of deep-seated stress, trauma, and depression. I’ve lived through family tragedies, fatal illness, and burnout.

I’ve even summited Mount Kilimanjaro twice, completed the Comrades ultra-marathon, walked 30 days along the French way of the Camino, and fire-walked too - all these experiences taught me the incredible link between the mind, the body, and our indwelling life force.

FAQs

How many sessions will I need?

While some 'surface' issues can be resolved in a 2 hour session, deep-seated trauma or chronic anxiety or stress typically requires a few sessions to ensure long-lasting results.

What can EFT Tapping assist with?

Everything from anxiety, panic attacks, fears, depression, trauma and PTSD to grief, anger and stress management. Even physical aches and pains, limiting beliefs, manifesting desires and sports performance. If there is an emotional component, EFT Tapping can benefit you.

I've tried talk therapy - how is this different?

Talk therapy is cognitive (top-down). EFT is somatic (bottom-up). We clear the stress from your nervous system first, which often makes the 'talking' part far more effective and a lot less re-traumatizing.

Is EFT Tapping 'woo woo' or scientific?

Tapping is deeply scientific. Clinical studies show it significantly reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and creates measurable changes in the brain's amygdala (the fear center).

Does Tapping work for online consultations?

Yes! Because you are tapping on your own body under my guidance, so it is incredibly effective via video call. I work with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia successfully every day.

What is EFT Tapping exactly?
