Royal Family EFT Tapping Endorsements
Who would have guessed that Queen Camilla, Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex have all applied EFT tapping to improve the quality of their lives?
Meghan apparently encouraged her husband, Harry to use EFT tapping. In 2021 during a documentary, Prince Harry revealed his use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) as the “healing or curing” therapy method he applied to overcome his trauma and PTSD following his mother, Princess Diana's death. Accordingly, EFT helped him to reset his brain, and got him out of fight and flight mode - typical known as stress or trauma response. (image credit: mirror.co.uk)
More notably, Queen Camilla suffered aerophobia, a fear of flying for a long time. The demands placed upon her as a senior member of the British Royal family meant she had to fly more often to attend engagements with her husband, King Charles. Her Royal Highness has spoken publically, and her biography also documents her use of EFT tapping as an intervention used to conquer her fears of flying. (Source Express)
According to Vanity Fair, Princess Beatrice of York has also used EFT tapping to help overcome dyslexia. (image credit: gbnews.com)

Personally, I love this lovely insight, and a glimpse into Boy George‘s inner world … a quote from an Instagram reel he shared, revealing his take on EFT tapping for self help and self care. Here’s what he said, “EFT is called emotional freedom tapping, and its just a way of overriding that kind of movie thats running in your head about you – you know, the negative movie in your subconscious. Maybe you don’t have a negative movie. But a lot of people have this movie about who they are, and its all twisted and out of shape. Its just good to kinda remind yourself that you are actually quite amazing. And, that life happens through you, and not to you. Take care of your inner world.” Isn’t that beautiful?
Another EFT tapping advocate is TV personality, actor and singer Michael Ball. He said on a BBC TV show that tapping helps him to control nerves and distracts his brain before stepping onto stage to perform. While demonstrating how he uses tapping for his performance anxiety, he gleefully said, “it’s fascinating!” Ball also mentioned that he first saw this tapping technique, and learnt about it from another singer, the late Stephen Gately who was from the pop group, Boyzone.

You’ve Been Tapping Your Whole Life
(Without Knowing It)
EFT Tapping isn't "new age" or pseudoscience - it's a natural, built-in stress-relief mechanism your body instinctively understands. Think about it:
Have you ever tapped your forehead to remember something, like a person's name?
Have you ever tapped your chest upon getting a fright, or hearing shocking news?
Or, do you rapidly tap your fingertips on a table or counter when you feel impatient or irritated?

Of course, we all do this without even realising it.
This is your body’s innate wisdom using an autonomic reflex to restore balance and soothe your nervous system.
EFT Tapping simply formalizes this natural process to restore homeostasis, which helps you achieve rapid emotional, mental and physical freedom.
FAQs
How many sessions will I need?
While some 'surface' issues can be resolved in a 2 hour session, deep-seated trauma or chronic anxiety or stress typically requires a few sessions to ensure long-lasting results.
What can EFT Tapping assist with?
Everything from anxiety, panic attacks, fears, depression, trauma and PTSD to grief, anger and stress management. Even physical aches and pains, limiting beliefs, manifesting desires and sports performance. If there is an emotional component, EFT Tapping can benefit you.
I've tried talk therapy - how is this different?
Talk therapy is cognitive (top-down). EFT is somatic (bottom-up). We clear the stress from your nervous system first, which often makes the 'talking' part far more effective and a lot less re-traumatizing.
Is EFT Tapping 'woo woo' or scientific?
Tapping is deeply scientific. Clinical studies show it significantly reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and creates measurable changes in the brain's amygdala (the fear center).
Does Tapping work for online consultations?
Yes! Because you are tapping on your own body under my guidance, so it is incredibly effective via video call. I work with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia successfully every day.
What is EFT Tapping exactly?
It is a somatic therapy modality often described as "acupuncture without needles." You are guided to tap lightly on specific meridian points while focusing on a challenge to neutralize the emotional charge.
